2 · Receive your link
You receive a link for the encrypted video consultation. A smartphone or laptop with a camera is enough.
3 · Consultation & prescription
After the consultation you get a recommendation, documentation and – where medically appropriate – an e-prescription, referral or lab request.
Good to know
Telemedicine is legally provided for in Austria. Medical duties of care and documentation apply without restriction.
You redeem your e-prescription with your e-card or e-prescription code at any Austrian pharmacy.
The video consultation is encrypted and GDPR-compliant. It is not recorded.
Video appointments from abroad are possible after prior clarification. Please state your location when booking.
