Care for residents and visitors

Residents & expats in Vienna

A regular GP who speaks your language - for ongoing care, prevention and everyday health questions, with continuity from one consultation to the next.

Visitors without Austrian insurance

As a private practice, consultations are open to everyone - Austrian health insurance is not required. Suitable for acute, non-emergency concerns during your stay.

Non-emergency GP concerns

Advice on symptoms, reviewing existing results, follow-up of ongoing conditions and prevention. Your doctor assesses your concern personally.

Online first, in person when needed

Your consultation starts online. Many questions can be clarified in conversation; some need a physical examination.

If physical examinations or further assessments are needed, we recommend appropriate in-person care. An in-person examination in Vienna can be arranged when medically necessary.

Video consultations are not suitable for emergencies. In a medical emergency in Austria, call 144.

Private payment & invoice

This is a private practice (Wahlarzt). You pay online when booking and receive an invoice for each consultation.

Depending on your insurance, you can submit this invoice for reimbursement: Austrian social insurance may refund part of the cost, and many private or travel insurance policies reimburse private GP consultations. Please check with your insurer - reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.
