This is a private practice (Wahlarzt). You pay online when booking and receive an invoice for each consultation.
Depending on your insurance, you can submit this invoice for reimbursement: Austrian social insurance may refund part of the cost, and many private or travel insurance policies reimburse private GP consultations. Please check with your insurer – reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.

Do I need Austrian health insurance?
No. As a private practice, consultations are open to everyone. You pay online when booking and can submit the invoice to your insurer.
Can the consultation be entirely in English?
Yes. Consultations, explanations and follow-up communication are available in English (and German).
I am only visiting Austria – can I book a video consultation?
Yes. Video appointments are available across Austria, which suits travellers and short-term visitors. In a medical emergency, call 144.
How do I pay?

Will my insurance reimburse the fee?
