Remote monitoring

Remote monitoring: your progress, guided by your doctor

You measure agreed values at home. The doctor reviews the trend and adjusts your plan - in a video conversation when useful, with the same doctor, across Austria.

Model based on the U.S. HHS remote patient monitoring guide and the CDC telemonitoring how-to guide.

How telemonitoring works

  1. First consultation

We clarify whether remote monitoring suits you.

  2. Agree a measuring plan

Which values and how often - for example blood pressure, pulse, weight or blood sugar.

  3. Measure at home

You measure in everyday life, without travel.

  4. Doctor's review

At the agreed appointment, not continuously in real time.

  5. Follow-up & adjustment

Your plan is adjusted - by video when useful. Then the cycle starts again.

Good to know

  • Remote monitoring is not emergency surveillance. Readings are not checked around the clock. In an emergency, call 144.
  • Some questions need an in-person examination.
